This is  just a simple review of the match to come between Fenerbahçe and Manchester United. United sit second on the Europa table on the same point with Feyenoord,  a win for United might put them on top if Feyenoord does not win Zorya but the possibility is very low owning to the fact that Zorya has only managed a point from three matches.

With  Henrikh Mkhitaryan rumored to play and probably Mata there would be lots of creativity,  we are most likely looking at a possible win/draw for Manchester United

Best stat…

United have scored from just one of their last 91 shots in the Premier League.

Remember when…

An 18-year-old Wayne Rooney scored a sensational hat-trick on his debut against Fenerbahçe? The Red Devils ran out 6-2 winners that day.

Robin van Persie. The former United and Arsenal striker scored his first goal against English opposition since leaving the country in the Summer of 2015 when the two teams met a fortnight ago. His season has yet to really catch fire, with four goals in all competitions so far this term, but United will be well aware of what he can do.

Fenerbahçe’s predicted team (4-2-3-1)

The Red Devils have won one and lost one of their two previous away trips to Fenerbahce, losing 0-3 last time out in December 2004.

Fenerbahçe  have won just four of their 18 games in all European competitions against English sides (D3 L11), with half of those victories coming against Manchester United.

Manchester United have won three of their last five visits to Turkey in European competition (L2), though they did lose on their last trip there (0-1 vs Galatasaray in November 2012).

The Turkish side are unbeaten in their last five home games in the Europa League (W4 D1), keeping a clean sheet in each of their four victories.
